NIH Manuscript Submission (NIHMS) System - supports the deposit of manuscripts into PMC as required by the public access policies of NIH and other participating funders. 

My Bibliography -  Info about reference/citation tool - a feature of interest to eRA Commons users is the Award view which allows the user to see whether their publication(s) comply with NIH PAP.  Review My Bibliography FAQ for answers to frequently asked questions about this tool.

Linking eRA Commons Account to My NCBI - NIH Grantees cannot upload publications using Commons and must manage their publications within the National Center for Biotechnology (NCBI) using the My NCBI/My Bibliography tool.

Note: Even if the publisher performs the initial deposit, the responsible author needs to approve the paper's deposit. NIHMS emails should be addressed immediately.  If no action is taken, then the paper will not move forward to be assigned its PMCID.
