Database Searching

How to Run a Search

Every database works differently, and in many cases that also includes how to construct and run a search. Not every database has controlled vocabulary, and those that do often do not use the same term for a concept across databases.

Taking our search strategies that we created earlier, now we can translate our searches into the specific strategies for each database.
