International Society for Telemedicine and ehealth: ISfTeH
Its mission is to facilitate the international dissemination of knowledge and experience in Telemedicine and eHealth and providing access to recognized experts in the field worldwide.
National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Centers (NCTRC)
A collaborative of 12 regional and 2 national Telehealth Resource Centers (TRCs), committed to implementing telehealth programs for rural and underserved commuinities.
This project was set up in 2002, under the auspices of the EC, with the strategic goal to pave the way for a unified system of telemedicine - often referred to as eHealth - across Europe.
