PRIDE accepts submissions of protein and peptide identification/quantification data with the accompanying mass spectra evidence and any other related data types, with a focus on data to be published alongside peer-reviewed publications. There are currently two ways to submit to PRIDE: the PRIDE submission tool, also known as the PX Submission Tool, which can be downloaded via the PRIDE website; and the alternative method Globus.
PRIDE defines a dataset as a data from a publication that comes from the same data workflow. If your publication contains data created with different workflows, it is recommended that you split it up by workflow into different datasets.
Below, you can compare the submission steps for the submission tool method versus the Globus method. Most users will probably find the submission tool appropriate for their data.
