    • Visualizes top outbreak countries, hotspots, infection trajectories, activities by risk, and many others.
  • Surgo Ventures: Precision for COVID
    • COVID-19 tools include two on vaccines in the United States (one on allocation and the other coverage) and a COVID-19 Community Vulnerability Index (CCVI) for both the United States and Africa which identifies vulnerable communities to inform planning and response.

    • Built by Jake Lever and funded by the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub and a NLM grant, this resource uses deep learning to provide a single portal for searching and visualizing published papers and preprints on SARS-CoV-2, MERS-CoV, and SARS-CoV.
  • US Hospital Circuit Breaker Dashboard
    • Working prototype based on CDC, HHS, and Johns Hopkins University data that notes state and county hospital capacity with recent COVID-19 case trends to see if restrictions should be put in place.
  • CoVariants
    • Built by Emma Hodcroft, this provides an overview of SARS-CoV-2 variants and their shared mutations, with visualizations by country and variant.

    • Open-source daily time-series database of COVID-19 case data across countries, regions, and lower-level administrative divisions.
